Face to face or virtual appointments by secure video or telephone are available.
Due to the ongoing risk of COVID-19 and the need to maintain health for all, if you have any symptoms or if you do not feel well, please ask to reschedule your appointment. Alternatively, counselling can be provided by telephone or video instead. Feel free to arrange for an appointment to help you to find ways to handle your current struggles and make sense of how you are impacted by uncontrollable daily changes in your life. Together, as we find a way to stay calm, we can get through this.
